In practice since 2015
Dra. Simone Ferreira has practised law continuously since 2015. She holds a Law degree from Universidade Potiguar and postgraduate qualifications in Civil Law and Civil Procedure, Consumer Law, Administrative Law and Psychoanalysis. Her postgraduate studies in Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure are nearing completion.
Her work includes judicial and administrative proceedings, procedural documents, contract drafting and review, document analysis and legal strategy. She advises individuals and businesses.
Alongside her legal qualifications, Dra. Simone completed postgraduate studies in Psychoanalysis. She does not provide clinical care. This training informs her way of listening: understanding what someone is bringing to the conversation before putting their situation into legal terms.
