About Simone

Dra. Simone has practised continuously since 2015, amounting to eleven years of professional experience. She graduated in Law from Universidade Potiguar (UNP) in 2014 and registered with OAB/RN under No. 14.118.

She completed postgraduate studies in Civil Law and Civil Procedure and in Consumer Law at the same university. These were followed by postgraduate qualifications in Administrative Law and in Psychoanalysis, the latter at Centro de Mediadores. Her postgraduate studies in Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure at Damásio Educacional are in progress.

Her active caseload includes consumer and administrative matters, with proceedings involving the State of Rio Grande do Norte, IPERN and the municipalities of Natal and Parnamirim. These are examples of experience in RN; they do not limit her nationwide practice. Her work spans initial pleadings through appeals in Brazil’s special courts (Juizados Especiais) and ordinary courts.
