Approach
How the work unfolds
From the first message to following a case, the work takes place digitally, with contact through WhatsApp, throughout Brazil.
The process
Four steps, from first contact to follow-up
Dra. Simone works fully online from a home office, using digital tools for client contact, communication and case monitoring. Individuals and businesses throughout Brazil can use the service without travelling. These four steps describe the usual course of a matter.
Message
First contact is through WhatsApp. Explain what happened in your own words; legal terminology is not needed. Replies arrive through the same channel. This is also where the documents to send are agreed.
Review
Documents are received, reviewed and organised digitally. The review establishes what the matter involves and which options are available, out of court or through Brazil’s special courts (Juizados Especiais) or ordinary courts.
Strategy
The review informs the legal strategy: negotiation, an administrative measure or court proceedings. The relevant procedural documents are prepared and the proposed course of action is explained in clear language before each step.
Follow-up
The electronic case is monitored through its stages, including deadlines and required filings. Updates are shared on WhatsApp, without requiring you to travel.

Documents that help the first conversation
You do not need these documents to get in touch. Having them can help the review begin sooner. If you do not have them yet, the conversation can still start and the list of what to obtain can follow.
01
Contract or proposal
The signed contract, proposal or record of the agreement. These set out the terms, obligations and legal risks to be reviewed.
02
Payment records
Invoices, payment slips, receipts and statements relating to the disputed charge. They help compare the amounts charged and paid.
03
Reference and case numbers
Customer service reference numbers, administrative file numbers or the number of an existing court case. These help locate and monitor proceedings.
04
Identity documents
An identity document and Brazilian tax identification number (CPF), as a photograph or PDF. These details are used when preparing documents for judicial or administrative proceedings.
